Only privileged vehicles equipped with special ID cards are allowed into the Old Town. Most parking spaces in the centre of the city are payable; these operate Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The parking fee is from 1,5 PLN to 3 PLN.

On Saturdays and Sundays most of the parking spaces are free from payment. The streets: Lubartowska, Radziwiłłowska, Staszica and Plac Litewski are partially available for free parking.
